Terms and conditions of sale

Scope

These terms govern every order placed with us, whether by a business or a consumer. They supplement the accepted quotation, which prevails in the event of any discrepancy over price, quantity or lead time.

Quotation and order

No price list is published on this site: every price comes from a written quotation based on your file and your dimensions. The order becomes firm on written acceptance of the quotation. Each quotation carries its own validity period on the document itself.

Files and proof approval

You remain responsible for the content you send us: spelling, image usage rights, accuracy of dimensions. We check the file is technically feasible and send you a proof. Production starts only after your written approval of that proof, which fixes the content of the order.

Prices and VAT

Prices are quoted exclusive of tax; the VAT applied is the rate in force in Luxembourg on the invoice date. For a business customer established in another member state holding a valid VAT number, the reverse charge applies.

Lead times

Stated lead times run from proof approval, not from the order. They are given in working days and exclude transport. A production lead time becomes contractual only where the quotation expressly says so.

Right of withdrawal and its exclusion

For a consumer, a distance order normally carries a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. That right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised: a panel in your dimensions, a flag in your colours or letters cut to your logo fall within this exclusion, and are neither taken back nor exchanged once production has started. A non-personalised stock item, by contrast, keeps the full fourteen-day right. We restate this exclusion at the point of order confirmation, and you must acknowledge it expressly.

Delivery and claims

Check the goods on delivery. Any claim about a visible defect, a quantity or a conformity error must reach us in writing within eight days of receipt, with photographs. A colour tolerance is inherent to printing: a slight colorimetric difference from a screen is not a defect.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, orders are payable on the terms stated on the quotation. A deposit may be required before production starts on a first order. Public-sector customers are invoiced on the terms agreed with the administration concerned.

Governing law

Luxembourg law applies. In a dispute with a consumer, the protective rules of their country of residence continue to apply where they are more favourable.
