Polystyrene letters and logos, CNC-cut to measure
Volume registers where paper disappears. A 100 mm-thick polystyrene letter casts a shadow, holds a wall, and reads from the far end of a lobby — which no vinyl does. We cut them on a CNC hot wire, letter-exact, straight from your vector file.
The form, with no surface treatment. Matt, slightly grainy, clean edges, negligible weight. The right call for an event, a film set or a seasonal window.

Painted facing, film, metal effect or full colourWhy polystyrene rather than sheet material
At equal volume, polystyrene is roughly ten times lighter than solid PVC and mounts on double-sided tape or standoffs, with no load-bearing structure and no heavy drilling. For interior signage that changes everything: a 1.5 m logo holds on its own, in an hour, on a plasterboard partition.
What CNC cutting makes possible
The hot wire follows a vector path to ±1 mm with a clean edge, including on fine serifs and counters. We work directly from your vectorised .ai, .eps or .pdf files — no redrawing, no typographic drift.
Available finishes
Raw for a matt, textured look; facing for a smooth, hard surface that takes paint or film; full colour for print across the whole face. The facing is also what protects the edges from knocks in a busy space.
Fire retardancy and public buildings
We use high-density flame-retardant foam. For publicly accessible buildings, lobbies and exhibition stands, say so on the quote request: the fire classification determines the material and has to appear in your documentation.
