No cookies, no trackers

This site sets no cookies, embeds no third-party scripts and uses no analytics tool. Your light or dark theme preference stays in your browser, on your device, and is never transmitted.

Data we process

When you request a quote or samples: your contact details, the description of your project, and the files you send us. An order file may contain personal data — a name on a plan, a photograph — for which you remain responsible as the author of the document.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used solely to prepare your quotation, produce your order and manage the commercial relationship. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or of the contract, together with our accounting obligations.

Retention

Production files are kept for the duration of the order and a reasonable re-order window, then deleted. Accounting records are kept for the period required by Luxembourg law. You may ask for your files to be deleted earlier at any time.

Recipients

Your files are passed to the workshop producing your order, only to the extent needed to make it. We neither sell nor transfer them to any third party for commercial purposes.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. Write to the contact address on this site. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD) in Luxembourg.
